Parse.ly is a platform that enables online publishers to optimize their content. Dash, one of Parse.ly’s products, is built on this platform. It analyzes articles on a publisher’s website, extracting data on relevant metrics such as themes, authors, sections, and referrers using natural language processing technology. Dash has extracted over 350,000 unique topics from the URLs it has crawled. In addition to site analytics, Dash also offers a webwide trends interface that shows users what themes are resonating across the web.
