What is Flanks and how does it function? Flanks is a platform that enhances the capabilities of banks by providing an API that enables standardized access to online banking. This allows various fintech startups, management software, neobanks, and insurers to access the resources offered by remote banking quickly, easily, and securely. Currently, Flanks has developed a prototype that offers banking aggregation service with major Spanish banks. The ultimate objective is to provide any company with the necessary tools to offer users new services enabled by the European regulation PSD2 (Payment Service Directive 2).
