What is Eylean Board and how does it work? Eylean Board is a tool for managing team and project tasks. It is based on kanban, which allows for simplicity and visualization of daily work. The tool allows users to define their processes and visualize them on a Kanban board. Users can prioritize their backlog, use queue columns, color code tasks, or group them by projects in different rows. The progress can be checked using the Burndown chart, which counts estimation hours, complexity points, or the number of tasks. Tasks can be assigned to team members by drag-and-drop or by using the “Take task” button to assign a task to oneself.
