Editorial policy

Apibit exists to help readers make better software decisions. This policy explains how our guides are researched, written and maintained.

Research

For each category we first define the jobs the software needs to do and the features buyers most often compare. Products are shortlisted based on market presence, feature coverage and relevance to different team sizes and industries. We draw on vendor documentation, public pricing pages, product demos and free trials where available, and published third-party sources, which are cited in the article where used.

No star ratings or scores

We do not publish star ratings, aggregate scores or user-review counts. Instead, each shortlisted product receives a short editorial summary of who it is best for, alongside a description of its key features, pricing approach and limitations.

Independence

Our editors decide which products appear in a guide and how they are described. Advertisers, affiliate partners and vendors cannot pay to be included, to change their position, or to review content before publication.

Accuracy and updates

Software features and prices change often. Every guide shows the date it was last updated, and we revise articles when we learn of significant changes. Readers and vendors can report errors to info@apibit.com; confirmed corrections are made promptly.

Authorship

Guides are produced by the Apibit editorial team and published under the team name.
