What is Quickzu and how does it function? Quickzu is a SAAS-based WhatsApp Order System that aids small businesses in digital growth by automating sales. It allows customers to place orders through a single catalogue link on WhatsApp, eliminating the need for app installation and simplifying the process. Quickzu streamlines order management, requiring only a mobile device with WhatsApp instead of specialized POS machines. The platform offers mobile-friendly dashboards for adding categories, products, variants, and managing orders, as well as editing business details. When a customer places an order, you receive a WhatsApp message with the order details. Quickzu is fast and packed with features such as QR builder, product variants, custom domains, analytics, live order management, dine-in functionality, integration with Google Analytics and Facebook Pixel, etc. It doesn’t require a payment gateway or any fees for collecting payments. You can simply provide your bank details or payment URL in the business profiles section, and customers can pay online through that or use the in-store QR code for in-person ordering. Currently, Quickzu supports Spanish, English, Malay, and a few other languages.
