What is Vconfex and how does it function? Vconfex is an online platform designed to assist companies in arranging virtual product demonstrations. It facilitates various activities such as video sharing, real-time interaction, product showcasing, AI-based networking, participant engagement through games, and instant poll taking. The welcome page provides a comprehensive overview of the tool’s features, demonstration space, and the purpose of the exhibition or event. Participants can enjoy a realistic experience within the tool’s advanced virtual environment. They receive continuous guidance and prompt service, have the freedom to explore all areas of the event, and can communicate with other participants and organizers during and after the event. They can access pre-recorded videos and save them as well. Organizers can utilize Vconfex to create a participant database and send event roadmap information and future schedules to participants. The tool also enables organizers to establish an open space where participants can share feedback.
