Users can contribute by adding comments to provide feedback or engage in discussions about ideas. The dashboard displays four panels, including threads, messages, team, and search. Additionally, users can access their inbox and view all their channels on the threads page. Channels can be imported and archived, and the team page allows for the addition of groups and team members. Each team member’s information, such as timezone, email, groups, and channels, can be viewed.
