What is Probe and how does it function? Probe is a software as a service (SaaS) analytics tool that delivers metrics through Slack and integrates with users’ business operations tools. This software allows users to access their data with simple Slack commands. Probe includes a Slack bot with various commands like ‘/probe mrr’, ‘/probe new mrr’, ‘/probe renewal’, ‘/probe churn’, and ‘/probe churn rate’. Each of these commands displays an analytical graph with the relevant data. Users can connect Probe with their Stripe account or send data through the software’s public API. The ‘/probe mrr’ command generates a linear graph showing total monthly recurring revenue (MRR) over the past six months. To view weekly data, users can run the ‘/probe mrr weekly’ command. The ‘/probe renewal’ command generates a stacked bar graph representing existing MRR movements. The ‘/probe churn’ command displays a bar graph illustrating net MRR churn, while the ‘/probe churn rate’ command shows the percentage of MRR churns per month.
